Network Engineer II
Continued work on the Next Generation Aggie Network, and led the implementation of new SDN and automation solutions such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Juniper Mist, and Ansible.
Jr. Network Engineer
Upgraded the network equipment across various campus buildings as part of the Next Generation Aggie Network project.
Student Coordinator
Provided IT support to Bush School faculty, staff, and students and wrote Powershell scripts to improve the imaging process for endpoint devices.

Delivered IT assistance via phone calls, emails, chat communications, and face-to-face meetings with students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
